Traders Point Internship
The Traders Point Internship is for college students and young leaders (ages 18-22) who want to explore full-time ministry while gaining real experience. This 10-week, paid summer program gives you the chance to serve in a focused ministry area, learn directly from a staff mentor, and build meaningful relationships in a supportive community. Along the way, you’ll begin to discover your gifts, grow in leadership, and gain clarity for what’s next.
What You’ll Experience
- 10-week program: Late May through early August
- Paid role: Full-time, 40 hours per week
- Focused ministry area: Serve in one department while also seeing how the church works as a whole
- Weekly training: Learn directly from experienced leaders and pastors
- One-on-one Mentorship: Receive personal encouragement and guidance from Traders Point staff
- Intern community: Build friendships and grow alongside fellow interns
- Ministry skills: Gain experience and develop skills you can use anywhere
- Clarity & calling: Discover your strengths and discern where God may be leading you
